We worked with WBS Construction last year to completely remodel the entire second floor of our building in Bucktown. This was a full gut rehab that required gutting almost every room to the studs, re-leveling the floors, updating sub-flooring, moving gas lines, adding new electric lines, and moving plumbing. They also installed custom cabinetry in our kitchen and bathrooms. We also needed to update masonry, add in security cameras, add in a fireplace, new windows, and exterior doors. It was a big project that took 6+ months to complete.
